The Way We Do Things

We won't sell, trade or share any personal information with another source, all email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers and addresses will be kept confidential. You will never be bothered from us with the exception of an occasional email about our site updates or the monthly news letter. Please let us know if you don't want to suscribe. 

Online credit card / Paypal orders will be processed the day received. We will NEVER charge a card unless the item in IN-STOCK and we are ready to ship. Keep in mind that an authorization will be placed against the credit card until processed. So, in the event that the item is out of stock and the order is canceled, the authorization might take up to 5 business days to drop off. 

Also, when choosing a shipper, please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to USPS PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an item that either does not fit properly, or is simply not quite what you want, you may feel free to send this back to us for a refund or exchange as long as the item is UNWORN and in NEW condition.

Exchanges: If you do wish to make an exchange, please give us a call first (1.800.9-VIXENS) to both ensure that the item you are wanting is in-stock, and so that we may place it on hold for you. Please complete the return form accompanying your order and send it along with the items you are wanting to exchange. Keep in mind that you will need to pay for shipping on the item you are sending back to us.  If you are in the continental US, we will pay for shipping on the exchange going back to you, which is usually via USPS parcel post or first-class mail.  If you live in outside of the continental US, you will be required to pay for the return shipping.

Returns: Please complete the return form accompanying your order and send it along with the items you are wanting to have refunded. Keep in mind that we do not refund the shipping amounts of the original order and that you will need to pay for shipping on the item you are sending back to us.

We realize that having to pay return shipping may be an inconvenience, and we understand that this can often be a frustrating cost to deal with. However, please keep in mind that we are a small, mom & pop business. We are not some sort of large corporation which deals in such high volume that we can offer free shipping and free or reimbursed return shipping. We would truly love to do this, but it is simply not something that a small business such as ourselves can afford to do. But what we do offer is very personal and friendly customer service and the quickest order turnaround that we can provide.
