Peter Hook & The Light - September 2022

today.. a Day Of The Lords.. Peter Hook & The Light came back to the shop for Dr Martens. we had a blast with them talking Joy Division Doc's - New Orders's Power Corruption & Lies posters, First kick Lambrettas and all the DM's they got from us in the past. We saved a pair of super rare Joy Division Dr Martens in hopes of Peter Hook coming back to the store for a signature.. that happened - what ever you think about Joy Division and New Order just know this, he is the heart of these bands...

Peter Hook - Rock Star Boot

At the end of our cool day with Peter Hook & The Light, after the show back stage, Peter took off his boots and put on his new Dr Marten's he got from our shop. He then signed them and gave them to us for our Rock Star Boot Collection!  Peter said he's done over 150 shows with them - that's some Rock Star boots right there!

Echo and the Bunnymen - September 2022

Echo  back in the shop.  Will and the boys stopped in for Dr. Martens and T.U.K. creepers. we swapped shoes for tickets and the Royal treatment for their show at The Ogden Theatre  Afterwords, we were off to the Crypt for drinks till the wee hours  - what a bunch of great guys

Cults - Rock Star Boot

we had a cool meet up with Cults after their show at HQ where they signed up this customer worn 8 eye jadon for the boot collection. Madeline & Brian were as sweet as their music - we play the ALL the time in the shop

She Want's Revenge Just Justin

She Wants Revenge! Justin Warfield!  he's been a friend of the shop & rocking FashioNation Dr Martens since 2011 - we connect every time SWR hits town. this time around we traded 1461 Cherry 3 eyes for tickets for the Sunday night show at the Gothic Theatre , the whole crew got to go.   There are a bunch of great people in the music scene but Justin is one of the special ones, such a beautiful soul

Danzig - Rock Star Boot

12 years ago Danzig came to the shop, we had the band sign up this customer worn boot for our Rock Star Boot Collection. we took the boot with us to the show to have the last member sign it but it disappeared from backstage.. just last week it was returned to us thankfully by an old friend of the shop.. the boot gods are happy now!

Tears for Fears - May 2022

Tears for Fears stopped in before their show at Levitt Pavilion, it was a miserable rainy day but a wonderful show. We set up the band with doc's and they set us up with tickets and signed records!! fair trade!!

TOOL - Paul D`Amour - April 2022

Paul D'Amour - The Bass player for Ministry now, but he was also a monster on the first 2 TOOL records. It was great to meet him and have him in the shop and.. he's rocking our Doc's now!, so we got that going on

Ministry - April 2022

Fu*k that pandemic,- it's time to Rock & Roll again!  Great to have Ministry come back to the shop, Al was really focused in (never seen him so sharp, and he looked great) the band just flat out rocked the show at Mission Ballroom and Al's wife Liz, she's just wonderful, she embraced our kids like a sister  can't wait till next time!

She Past Away - December 2021

we had a great time meeting up with Doruk & Volkan from She Past Away in the shop, before they played at the 'O'.  we set them up with some bad ass Dr Martens and they sent us to their show!  thanks Ajay for bringing the band by!
