Sonic Youth, Thurston Moore - June 2012
Never know just who you are going to see on 13th ave - Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth. He was in town playing solo at Larimer Lounge.  He hit up Wax Trax getting records and stopped by our shop!

Big day here, We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary of our retail store 'FashioNation' opening.  I reached out to Ministry as they have been such a big part of our Rock Star fun.  I asked them to do a record signing and they were totally down for it!  Ministry gave out some super cool posters + signed them and records & all the other stuff people brought in.  We had hundreds of fans through the door that day.  Local rock radio station (KBPI) did a remote from the front of the shop.  Pretty Kick Ass time with Al & the boys
The boys from Face To Face hit the shop, they were running around 13th ave and stopped in for some TUK creepers. Â (with store kid Marauder)
So much fun here, The Ting Tings show still one of my favorite show i've ever seen at The Ogden Theatre.  We invited Katie White & Jules De Martino over to the shop. We traded some TUK Monkey Boots and Doc's and they set us up all VIP style!
The first time in our shop for Justin Warfield & Adam Bravin.  We met them at the Bar after their performance at The Gothic 2010, they opened for the Psychedelic Furs, they were just hanging around so i invited them to stop by next time in Denver.  The are really both really quality guys.  When they came to the shop we got Dr. Martens to hook them up with boots!
She Wants Revenge on the wall at the old shop
Ladytron's Daniel Hunt & Reuben Wu stopped in before their show at the Ogden.  They were out on the 'Gravity the Seduce' tour.  We traded tickets and the VIP treatment for Dr. Martens and some cool SWAG.  After the show we got to meet Helen Marnie, Mira Aroyo.  If you don't know them, find them, it's a special band!!
A quick visit from KMFDM they were not even playing Denver - just passing through, made a fast stop for some gear!
Get up and Go!  What! I've loved this girls since we saw them open for the Police at McNichols Arena on the "Ghost in the Machine tour" 1982 and now Go-Go's in our shop!!  so Rad! Jane Wiedlin - Charlotte Caffey - Gina Schock - Kathy Valentine, no Belinda, but that's ok cuz 'we got the beat' with the rest of the band. Â
The Go-Go's on the wall!! We set the girls up with Dr. Martens shoes and TUK creepers and they took us to the show that night at the Ogden. Jane was super cool she gave us a HUGE shout out from stage
